How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, I ship within the U.S. only. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in a piece, feel free to reach out via email.

How is my pottery packaged?

With lots of care! I use recycled and eco-conscious materials whenever possible. Each piece is wrapped very securely.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! If you’re in the Phoenix, AZ area, I offer local pickup. Chose the “Local Pickup” option at checkout and I’ll follow up with pickup instructions.

Are your pieces dishwasher and microwave-safe?

Yes, my pottery is dishwasher and microwave safe, although hand washing is recommended for a prolonged life.

Do you take custom or personalized orders?

If you have a special piece in mind, reach out through the contact form or email me directly. I will let you know if it’s possible and how long it might take.

Payments & Returns

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Returns and/or exchanges are accepted within the first week of the order being received. Please reach out via email or contact form.

What if my item arrives broken?

I do my best to ensure each item is packed safely, but if something arrives broken, please email me with photos of the item and the packaging so I can make it right.
