How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, I ship within the U.S. only. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in a piece, feel free to reach out via email.
How is my pottery packaged?
With lots of care! I use recycled and eco-conscious materials whenever possible. Each piece is wrapped very securely.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you’re in the Phoenix, AZ area, I offer local pickup. Chose the “Local Pickup” option at checkout and I’ll follow up with pickup instructions.

Are your pieces dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes, my pottery is dishwasher and microwave safe, although hand washing is recommended for a prolonged life.
Do you take custom or personalized orders?

Payments & Returns
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I do not offer returns or exchanges, all sales are final. However, if a piece arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me.
What if my item arrives broken?
I do my best to ensure each item is packed safely, but if something arrives broken, please email me with photos of the item and the packaging so I can make it right.
